Covid-19 FAQs

Hi lovely Augustine ladies,

Thanks for popping onto our website, please browse and shop as you always do, however we are unable to send the garments to you until after the lockdown period. We will still have our daily releases and fun new products arriving, you can shop and then wait patiently for the delivery to your doorstep. You can also follow us on instagram where I will be posting daily stories and happenings from the work at home, parenting 3 kids and life in lockdown. See you all very soon. xx Kelly Coe

ONLINE ORDERING: 

We are following the government’s Alert Level 4 restrictions and have closed our stores, warehouse and office. Our website is fully open for ordering, however all orders placed during this time will be shipped as soon as we are given the all clear to move back into our normal operations. Our biggest priority right now is keeping our Augustine family, staff, customers, communities and families as safe as we can. 

We'll keep you in the loop with expected delivery times as soon as we know more. We’re anticipating a little bit of a back log of orders once we’re back in action, but we will get the whole team on board to get those orders out to you ASAP! Keep a look out for any further updates on the Augustine Instagram, Facebook and in your emails. You will receive a shipping confirmation email as soon as your order is on its way to you!

OUR STORES

All our stores are currently closed, but our online store is still open 24/7 for you to shop your heart out while in isolation. We will keep you updated as soon as our stores are open!

 

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

We understand that if you ordered before the lockdown you will not be able to return your items during this time. For this reason we are extending our returns period. Orders received between the 16th of March until the 25th of March, you will now have until 7 days after the lockdown has been lifted to return your item.
