Covid-19 Level 3 update

Hi lovely Augustine ladies,

Thanks for popping onto our website, please browse and shop as you always do, all internet orders will continue to be dispatched as normal. Augustine Spring pre orders is still scheduled at 7pm tonight and we will be sending these orders from Friday (14th). You can also follow us on instagram and FB where I will be posting further updates.

ONLINE ORDERING: 
We are following the government’s Alert Level 3 restrictions and will be closing our Newmarket and Takapuna stores from midday today. Warehouse and Head Office will continue to operate with social distancing put in place. Our website is fully open for ordering, dispatch timeframes will remain the same. Head over to our shipping and returns page for more info .
We are also still available to contact throughout this time so if you have any questions we will be more than happy to help. Simply checkout the contact info below!
 
OUR STORES
Newmarket and Takapuna will be closed from midday today. Mount and Wellington will continue to be opened. We will keep you updated as soon as all our stores are back up and running!
 
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
We offer a 100% money back service on all full priced purchases from our website or preorder system*. If you receive an item and you are not 100% happy with the fit, you can return it to us within 7 days of receiving for a full refund. This will be reimbursed via the same payment method as was used initially - i.e: Original gift voucher used, Visa, Laybuy.
