**Please note international deliveries may experience some extra shipping delays due to COVID-19.

-All international deliveries are handled by FedEx and NZ Post. Any duties and taxes incurred on international deliveries are your responsibility.
-We aim to get your order out to you as soon as possible, however sometimes due to courier delays these time frames may vary.
-We also highly recommend that any returns being sent back to us is visibly stated as a 'return' on your parcel, to make the process through customs more efficient.

ONLINE RETURNS

Cancellations + Amendments

Unfortunately we are unable to cancel or make amendments to an order after it has been placed. Amendments include:
Change of delivery address
Change of time, colour or style
Adding and/or removing items from the order
Applying discount/gift cards
Full order Cancellations

We offer a 100% money back service on all full priced purchases from our website or preorder system*. If you receive an item and you are not 100% happy with the fit, you can return it to us within 7 days for a full refund. This will be reimbursed via the same payment method as was used initially - i.e: Original gift voucher used, Visa, Laybuy.

Change of Mind Returns

At Augustine we understand that shopping online can often be difficult to get the sizing and fit correct for your body shape.

We offer a 100% money back service on all full priced purchases from our website or preorder system*. If you receive an item and you are not 100% happy with the fit, you can return it to us within 7 days for a full refund. This will be reimbursed via the same payment method as was used initially - i.e: Original gift voucher used, Visa, Laybuy.

How To Return Online Purchases

The product must be in its original condition, with all tags still in place and you must have your packing / returns slip that was sent with your order. The goods are your responsibility until they reach our return department or store. 
On rare occasions a refund may be declined. This should only occur when the product is damaged and has not arrived in its original condition or outside of the returns time frame.
Please return your online order to us at Unit 1, 260 Apirana Avenue , Glen Innes, 1072, Auckland, New Zealand.  Please package the garment securely in a tracked courier bag, enclose your original Packing Slip/Returns Form, selecting the garment/s you are returning, and send it back to us. Your return will be processed within 7 working days.
If you misplace your Packing Slip/ Returns form you can complete a returns form here and send this back with your order.
Online orders may be returned in store for an exchange. If you require a refund or online gift voucher, this will be processed by our returns department within 7 working days.
* 100% money back service does not apply to sale items. We do not accept refunds on sale items so please choose carefully.
** Please note that this policy also applies to pre orders, phone and email purchases with the return process being done through the store you communicated and purchased with.
*** We would recommend using a courier service over a postal service. This will ensure the garment will get to us within the returns timeframe. Otherwise we will be unable to process it if this arrives late in the post. 

Shoe Returns

All shoes will be sent to you with a FREE return courier bag and sticker so you can return a pair at no cost.
If you buy multiple pairs, there will only be one return bag and sticker supplied to return one pair of shoes only. To return, please go to your confirmation email and click the link to return. NZ orders only excluding rural.

Sale Returns

Please consider sale purchases carefully, as we do not offer refunds on sale items. Sale items will only be accepted for a store credit within 7 days of purchase or delivery.

IN STORE RETURNS

Change of Mind Returns

If you change your mind about a full priced item purchased in store and wish to return it, you can exchange the item for another item or a store credit. To be able to do this, you will need to provide the receipt, for the garment to be unworn and in its original conditions (not damaged or washed) with all tags attached. This must happen within 7 days of purchase or delivery.

We do not offer refunds for change of mind returns in store as you have had the opportunity to make the decision to purchase with the garment in front of you.

We are unable to offer returns on gift cards, loyalty vouchers and sale items unless they are faulty.

 How to return in store purchases

Purchases made in store can be returned to any Augustine branded store (Mount Maunganui, Newmarket, Takapuna or Wellington). Stores cannot accept returns or exchanges of Augustine, Charlo, Stella Royal or Mrs Pretty items which have been purchased from a stockist.

Simply present your receipt as proof of purchase in store and our store staff will be happy to assist you. 

Sale Returns

Please consider sale purchases carefully, as we do not offer refunds on sale items. Sale items will only be accepted for a store credit within 7 days of purchase or delivery.

How To Return Phone Orders

You may return full price purchases in store for a full refund as long has you have provided proof of purchase. You can also send your returns to Unit 1, 26 Apirana Avenue, Glen Innes, 1072, Auckland, New Zealand. Please fill out the phone order section of the returns form and send it back with your return, along with your proof of purchase.

 

FAULTY RETURNS

At Augustine, we pride ourselves on everything being perfect with a high level of quality, however we understand that there may be times where you need to return an item purchased from our website.

If there is any fault with the garment please email and make us aware of the situation along with including a proof of purchase. This must happen within the first 7 days of your purchase and will be assessed by our quality management team. Once confirmed you may then send the garment back to us and we will repair, replace, exchange or refund ( if the situation cannot be remedied through the other ways) for you depending on the situation.

Refunds for faulty garments will be processed and notified once Augustine has inspected and accepted the return. This will be reimbursed via the same payment method used initially.

 

RETURNS TERMS AND CONDITONS

Return Shipping

Augustine is not liable for the loss of an item which is being returned, so please securely package and return using a registered mail.

Tax & Import Duties

If you are charged any custom duties or sales taxes for your order, these taxes and duties are non-refundable through Augustine. We suggest you contact your local customs bureau directly to ensure how these duties or taxes may affect you. Please contact us directly for any further queries on this.

Free Gift With Purchase

If the FULL order is returned, the free gift that was included in your order will also need to be returned. If you choose to keep your gift, a fee will be deducted from your return. $10 on standard gifts e.g. eco bags and $20 on special gifts e.g. coffee cups.

If you receive a standard gift e.g. eco bag and return item(s) making your new order total (excl. sale items) below $100, you will also need to return your standard gift or a $10 fee will be deducted.

If you receive a special gift e.g. coffee cup and return item(s) making your new order total (excl. sale items) between $100- $249.99, you will also need to return your special gift or a $10 fee will be deducted, this will not be reimbursed with a standard gift. If your new order total ( excl. sale items) falls below $100, you will also need to return your special gift or a $20 fee will be deducted.
